Junfu's Warranty Policy is provided by Jiangsu Kangqiao Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd and covers all defects related to workmanship and materials ensuring peace of mind with every purchase.

The goods must align perfectly with contract stipulations, ensuring they meet all design and construction requirements, performance values, and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per contract provisions guarantees their capability and compliance.
If any part of the goods fails to meet contract standards, the seller is obligated to correct and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. Should issues persist, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, necessitating a timely replacement by the seller to adhere to contract terms.
An effective quality assurance system must be implemented by the seller, aligning with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Compliance with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE, is also mandatory.
For the pumps, an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation is provided. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be rectified with free part replacements. If buyer-related malfunctions arise, timely assistance will be provided, with replaced parts guaranteed for one year.
