Service Policy
Junfu's Warranty Policy is provided by Jiangsu Kangqiao Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd and it safeguards against defects in workmanship and materials.

All goods supplied by the seller must meet the contract requirements in full and be suitable for their intended design and function. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances, having been tested according to contract provisions to ensure adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts thereof fail to comply with contract terms, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no extra cost, fulfilling all work within mutually agreed timelines. If remedy is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives to satisfy contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally stipulated delivery timeframe.
An effective quality assurance system, aligned with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards, is mandatory during the organizational process. Additionally, products must conform to the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA180001/HSE standards.
A warranty period of 18 months from the shipment date, or 12 months post-operation, applies to the 4 pumps. During this timeframe, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt support. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
