The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contractual requirements and are suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and attachments, assuring compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any goods or components fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to correct the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeline. If the issue cannot be rectified, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives that meet contractual specifications, without exceeding the original delivery date.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system aligned with IS09000 series standards of the 2000 edition. Additionally, products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever is sooner. During this timeframe, any manufacturing quality issues encountered will be rectified with free parts replacement. Moreover, should any pump malfunctions arise due to buyer-related causes, the supplier is committed to providing swift assistance. The warranty period for any replaced parts is one year.
