Junfu's Comprehensive Warranty Policy is provided by Jiangsu Kangqiao Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd and encompasses coverage for defects in workmanship and materials.

Our products must fully adhere to contract specifications, ensuring suitability in design and construction while meeting or exceeding all performance standards and tolerances. Rigorous testing is conducted in accordance with the contract and its attachments to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect or inspect and retest the goods at no charge, adhering to agreed timelines. If non-compliance persists, the buyer may reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them or provide suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements. All replacement work must be completed within the delivery period initially agreed upon in the contract.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system in line with ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo, ensuring safety and reliability.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Should manufacturing defects arise, we will replace parts free of charge. For any operational issues attributed to the buyer, prompt assistance will be provided. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind.
